The BECON Biomedical Imaging Symposium was conducted on June 25-26, 1999, at the Natcher Conference Center on the NIH Main Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. The conference theme was "visualizing the future of biology and medicine" and featured plenary, workshop, and poster sessions.
